| Jean Dumangin Brut Tradition Champagne
This champagne is exceptional value! A traditionally made, well balanced champagne, combining the Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes, which appeals to those who like a medium bodied champagne with a smooth taste. This champagne is never released for sale until a minimum of three years after harvest to ensure that the champagne is fully matured, a full 12 months more than the required minimum. An excellent aperitif champagne. A popular wedding champagne.
Appearance: Fine and dense bubbles with a gold colour with glints of white.
Nose: The nose of this champagne is generally discreet, with an aromatic duality sometimes recalling exotic notes (mango, litchi) and sometimes floral notes (iris). All in all, this finds expression in a light and distinguished nose, indicating the natural nobility of this product.
Palate: The first impression of this champagne on the palate is one of richness and openness; the wine is very frank and honest, with both floral and vegetable notes. The balance is particularly successful; it is delicate and polished on the palate. Overall, it can be described as invigorating, with the end finding expression in a pleasant persistence in terms of both the aroma and taste.
Ideal for: Aperitif, start of meal (fish in sauce). |
