How can I be sure my Credit Card details are safe?

I am having problems ordering, what do I do?
If you click on the "Buy Now" link and get no response, it may be because you can't connect securely to our server. As a test, try going to https://www.microsoft.com . If you can't connect securely to Microsoft either, then it is likely you are either using a very old version of your browser, in which case you should upgrade, or you are behind a corporate firewall that won't allow secure connections. Ask your network administrator to help you or order from home.

Shipping Policy
Goods will only be shipped to an address including full postcode in the mainland UK. For other addresses please contact us before placing the order. We aim to dispatch within 3 working days of receiving your order. In the unlikely event this is not possible you will be notified of any delays by email or telephone.

Returns Policy
If for any reason the champagne is not suitable we will make a full refund of the price of the goods only providing the goods are returned to us unopended, shipping prepaid in the original packing together with a copy of the invoice within 14 days of the invoice date.

Refunds will only be made by credit to the account from which the invoice was paid. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please contact us first before returning any items.
