All orders placed with Javelin Champagnes are subject to the following terms & conditions:

• Payment for the full amount of the order including any delivery charge, where applicable, to be received prior to order dispatch.
  
  
• An official order acknowledgement will be issued upon receipt of payment in full, giving the customer the title to the champagne prior to actual delivery.
  
  A receipted invoice from Javelin Champagnes will be e-mailed to each customer prior to delivery.
  
  
• £5.95 DELIVERY applies to Mainland UK only. For other locations, please contact us for prices.
  
  
• Delivery is usually next working day by courier. However, Javelin Champagnes will not be held responsible if the courier takes more time to deliver the champagne to your address. We do not deliver at weekends. Order placed on a Friday will usually be delivered the following Tuesday.
  
  
• Claims for non-delivery must be made within 7 days of your order date.
  
  
• If you are not completely satisfied with your champagne, simply return the unopened bottles to us and we will give a full refund for all unopened bottles minus delivery.
  
  
• Javelin Champagnes adheres to the Data Protection Act 1998 and any customer information supplied will NOT be divulged to any third party, under any circumstances.
  
  
• Javelin Champagnes reserve the right to alter prices and delivery charges at any time, but not after an order is received and confirmed.
  
  
• If your item is not in stock, we will offer a substitute item or back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
  
• Placing an order online is easy. Just browse our onine champagne shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
  
  We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro cards. We DO NOT accept American Express or Diners Card. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products we reserve the right to substitute itmes for the next available vintage. All items are offered subject to availabilty. Whilst we carry a large range of stock placing an order does not guarantee the item is available. You will be notified of any out of stock items.
  
  By placing an order with Javelin Champagnes you confirm you are of minimum legal age to purchase alcohol as set out by local legislation. Javelin Champagnes reserves the right to refuse to supply alcohol to anyone who is, or we believe to be, not of mimimum age to purchase or consume alcohol.
