The Champagne House of Jean Dumangin is a family run business with over 100 years of experience in Chigny-les-Roses, Reims, France. It is a small company ensuring strict control of the entire production process. This dedication to quality includes supervision of the hand picking of the grapes, the quality of the pressings and fermentation processes, all of which are essential for the production of superior champagnes.
To each stage they bring experience, knowledge and 5th generation family tradition to produce a consistently excellent range of champagnes.
The owners will not release their champagnes for sale until a minimum of 3 years after harvest, to allow the delicate flavours of their wines to fully mature. This is a full 12 months longer than the minimum required and also longer than the majority of the better known brands and supermarket brands, ensuring a lower natural acidity and superior quality. |
