| Premier Cru Brut Millésime (Vintage) Champagne This stunning vintage champagne is a blend of the best cuvées of pinot noir and chardonnay from a specific vintage year. As they are sold 5 or 6 years after the harvest, the Millésimes are complex, subtle and of a great aromatic persistence, tasting of brioche and ripe white grapes.
Javelin Champagnes are pleased to currently offer vintage champagnes from two classic years - 2000 & 2002.

Appearance: More discreetly abundant, beautiful bubbles, with a yellow gold colour which remains pale.
Nose: A great complexity of aromas dominates this vintage. The nose is rich and full, the notes are of dried stone fruits (peach, plum), but there are also brioche, buttered and toasted notes, recalling the wonderful evolution of this product.
Palate: Attacking at the end, this champagne is fleshy and "winey" on the palate, while being extremely elegant. A certain incisiveness is noted in the middle of the palate which carries on to an end which is aromatically more discreet, but which lasts a very long time. The whole has an imposing presence, which is simultaneously mature while maintaining a great deal of potential for further development.
Ideal for: Wine with meal, white meat.
